It’s called Bentley Residences Miami and the British luxury car manufacturer is officially launching the sales gallery for the 749ft- (228m-) high complex, which will rise over Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach, in the coming days.
The tower, set for completion in 2026, will span over 60 storeys and feature 216 ‘exquisitely finished’ residential units, each starting at $4.2million (£3.1million).
A 12,000-sq-ft (1,115-sq-m) gallery for the tower will house a 6,000-sq-ft (557-sq-m) model unit replica within, offering a first-hand glimpse of the private beachfront enclave.
Bentley Residences Miami is a collaboration with real estate developer Gil Dezer of Dezer Development, and is designed by world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects.
The Bentley design team is collaborating with Dezer on the interior and exterior architecture of the building, translating Bentley’s luxury design to the residential experience.

Every unit will encompass an individual balcony swimming pool, unobstructed seascapes, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows seamlessly implemented throughout.
These amenities will include a fitness centre, spa, cinema, whiskey bar, ‘beautifully landscaped gardens’ and a restaurant and lounge.
As guests drive down the sprawling driveway into the sales gallery, they will be greeted by an abstract, life-size floating speed form Bentley sculpture, which will live outside of the Bentley Residences tower upon completion.
‘Bentley Residences Miami will be a true branding experience from the unseen details to the unique way the buyers will be able to go home. Having four parking spaces adjacent to your unit with a swimming pool is a game-changer,’ says President of Dezer Development, Gil Dezer.
It won’t be the only supercar-inspired tower in Miami – Aston Martin’s first apartment block is nearing completion in the city.
The iconic carmaker – 007’s favourite – unveiled designs for a 66-storey glass-and-steel waterfront tower in Downtown Miami in 2017, and now the structure has reached its full height – 249m (818ft).
Aston Martin Residences, located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, will consist of 391 luxury residences priced from $1.5million (£1.1million) to upwards of $50million (£37million).
