Bentley Residence Brings Elevator Privacy to the Next LevelAugust 1, 2022
Privacy is Now the Deciding Amenity for the
Ultra-Luxury Condo Buyer

There are only two luxury condo towers in the world that can boost exclusive and direct-access lifts for your car, allowing complete privacy and anonymity for the super luxury condo buyer. Celebrities, Heads of State, high-ranking officials, foreign or domestic, and Fortune 500 titans all need a place to relax and get away from it all, at least in their own homes. The development of the Dezervator™ automobile lift with elegantly appointed garages in the sky, has separated Bentley Residences from all other luxury condos and high-end auto-branded apartments that try desperately to compete.
Condo developers who focus on the luxury sector are challenged to deliver top drawl amenities—from voice-controlled kitchen gadgets to in-home theaters, pools on each apartment balcony, non-stop technology, and on-call concierge services— all available but with the ride down a small spaced elevator and a mandatory walk through to a lobby which simply neutralizes any real amenity promise of privacy that most of the newer condos on the market like St Regis in Sunny Isles simply cannot provide. It seems that for the exact cost, Bentley Residences beats everyone out in this super deluxe ever-present need for complete privacy.
The race within this category has pushed Porsche Tower, delivered in 2021, and now Bentley Residences, targeted for delivery in 2026, to the only two locations that can step to the plate on the promise of complete and utter privacy, placing the building(s) in a category all their own.
It was conceptualized by top US property developer Dezer Development and designed by world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects – known for their work on Dezer Development’s Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa -The Bentley design team is working with Dezer on the building’s interior and external architecture, bringing Bentley’s luxury design to life in a residential setting. However, Gil Dezer’s massive engineering investment in the Dezervator™ resulted in the over-the-top elevators with garages in the sky, making this partnership what it is today.
Such innovations allow residents at the 66-story Bentley Residences Tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, to bypass human interaction altogether. Condo owners drive directly into an elevator that delivers them to their condo-side garage in seconds.
A similar car lift system is on track at a lavish 30-story apartment tower in Dubai’s new Aykon City mega-development for 2027. However, you don’t have to be an Arab Sheik or Mackenzie Scott, a well-known philanthropist giving away millions, but if you are an executive that wants to get away from the clamor, not being found is an all-time high priority which makes the need for brake away moments all the more important for the top 1%. Ms. Scott’s fame for giving away money has grown, and so, too, has the deluge of appeals for gifts from strangers and old friends alike. That clamor may have driven Ms. Scott’s already discreet operation further underground, along with her celebrity associates running from the same relentless need for news and attention. “This is why we worked and researched so hard to provide this extra measure of privacy for individuals who could face a news reporter or unwanted associate at the wrong time.” Says Gil Dezer “For me, it’s important to associate with car brands because of my unique car elevator that I’m putting inside, called Dezervator™. And that’s the automobile lift that brings the cars right to your unit,” explained Dezer. The Dezervator™ will make its way to the Bentley Residences as a three to four-car in-unit sky garage. And Dezer goes on to explain that their whole claim-to-fame is that the car’s engine is not started at one point in the Dezervator™ process until you reach the exit on the ground floor.
